Bremen - A currently British port located at the mouth of the Wesel River. It flourished in the 9th century as the seat of the archdiocese. It became a member of the Hanseatic League around the 14th century and flourished as a merchant city.

Bremen is located in the Northern Europe port permit area, and is part of the Germany cultural sphere.
